This is not like going to the butcher and getting given the wrong cut of meat. Giving out the wrong drugs could have lethal consequences!! However, I can guess it may well be the one that muddled up the antibiotic and cough medicine labels for my small baby. Resulting in my giving the wrong dose. I have never been back to that chemists.
