Before and after school care help Honor Oak/ Catford

Hello,

we are looking for help with 2 children, age 4 and 8. Preferably to start in January.

Monday, Tuesday collecting from school and preschool (local) and helping around the house for 2-3 hours

Tuesday and Wednesday mornings 7:30 to 8:30 (or more hours if you are willing to help with a few household chores eg children's washing).

There would be occasional babysitting if it suits you.

We welcome messages from local students with childcare experience as well as any childcare professionals with a few hours to spare. Some holiday help needed as well but we are totally flexible.

  Many high streets have been taken over by charity shops. I can’t believe they’re paying full rent. I think landlords accept a low rent from a charity for a short term. Hopefully someone who actually knows will set me clear.

  I believe charity shops pay reduced business rates but the rent charged by a landlord is purely a commercial decision regardless of the type of tenants.

  If JoJo can't afford the increasing rent there (which was one of the reasons a staff member gave when I asked why they were closing), it's odd that a charity shop could - not doubting what you've been told, but it just doesn't make sense!
