Mistreated dog

Last night at around 3:30am there was a dog fight around the Playfield Crescent, Melbourne Grove, Lytcott Grove area. This morning a dog could also be heard whining at around 8am. This is the first time I've heard an actual fight between dogs, but not the first time I've heard the dog crying early in the morning or late at night.

Other people must have noticed this and probably know which house it's coming from. If a dog is being mistreated please report it to the RSPCA on 0300 1234 999 or if you know that dog fighting is going on (which I'm worried is) then report it to the police.
