Hi there

My fianc? and I are looking to buy either a two or three bedroom house in East Dulwich.

There isn't much on the market currently and given the time of year, most things have been snapped up ahead of Christmas.

If you are thinking of selling your house, please do get in touch (and potentially save on estate agency fees)!

We are looking for a traditional 2/3 bedroom Victorian terrace (but not a half house).

  Just a note of caution for you Nigello - trees planted too close to houses can cause terrible problems with subsidence.

  Yes, Sainsbury’s do recognise USDAW but I wonder what proportion of shop floor staff actually join up these days. Or become H&S reps etc. Unions only work if people participate.
