Hi,

I have a lovely and unusual house for rent in SE20 7PS (Penge). Architect designed and owned. It's an old wood work shop which has been lovingly converted. It's detached with a small wrap around yard. It's not massive but is very cute and very near the stations and main high street in Penge. Rent is ?1375 a month with council tax/bills on top.   I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them.
