Foxtons - very confused!

Went to Foxtons, who claimed they had 'exactly what I was looking for'. Two hours later, with an agent who didn't know his way round ED, I was shown a property in Peckham and Honour Oak - despite specifying ED only! The one is ED was ?150 per week OVER budget.

I understand showing a client a variety of options, but not one was in budget or where I had asked. Why not be honest, like the other estate agents, and say that there are limited 3 beds! It would save a lot of time!

I'm getting so many unsolicited letters from them at the moment that I'm considering taken them and dumping them on their floor, or stuffing them through their letter bow during the night.
