AVAILABLE AGAIN FROM 15 DECEMBER - We have a beautiful living space to rent short term. Newly refurbished private studio room in a family home (lodger agreement) with separate entrance and own access to garden. En-suite shower and kitchen corner. 265 per week/?1150 per month all bills included, central heating, broadband, TV, fully furnished. Snug but comfortable, high spec and stylish. Best for one person short term but we are open to discuss longer term.Close to South London Gallery. Transport links Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill and many buses to central London. (Will send pictures and floor plan by private message as this space does not allow for the size of the photos).

      Great work from Aria - he replaced a shower for me. He was prompt to reply to me and communicated well to make sure i was happy with what he planned to do. His work was good and he was able to do the job in a good time scale.

      I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.
