how much would people be prepared to pay for there childs party (venue not included )

1 hours of arts and craft

1 hour magic or clown

1 hour party games / face paints

party bags

party food

i would like to no how much you would pay and weather you would like all these things included in a party pakage

UP TO 10 CHILDREN ????

UP TO 20 CHILDREN ????

AND SO ON OR WOULD YOU PAY PER HEAD ?
