artist looking for a large room or studio

Hi, Apologies if this isn't the correct place to post this but thought i'd try.

I'm an artist who lives in camberwell (I know it's not east dulwich but close enough;) I'm currently looking for a new studio and was wondering if anyone is looking to lease some kind of space they have that might be suitable.

Basically i'm looking for something that is at least 250 sqft. I'm open to temporary situations, such as if you are renovating a property or business and could have someone in for a few months and earn some extra cash.

I mostly do digital works so nothing noisy or messy.
