Recommended Posts

Hi

Looking for experienced English Lit & Lang Tutor + Science Tutor in the East Dulwich / Forest Hill / Honor Oak area to teach GCSE 9-1 (in addition to school tuition) for exams in summer 2018.

Are you such a tutor or do you know one in the area?

Would be amazing to find a tutor who teaches English & Science! Tho understand it is more likely to find one for each area.

Appreciate any help re. this?

Thanks

Hello Amy. My son is having to retake English Language - he passed Lit with a 5 which is great for a kid who has dyslexia. Samuel had lots of help for his dyslexia but now looking for help to prepare for retake first week of June. He is at catering college so studying there for the Eng Lang. He had a tutor, young like you, for maths GCSE and passed and think he'd relate to a younger person. Let me know if you would like to talk further. Thanks. Jessica

    • Another big thumbs up for Will from me. I've had bass lessons with Will over the past year after a 30 year break, and they've been great. He approached our lessons from a songwriting perspective, which was perfect for my needs.  I played bass in a band for a few years in the 1990s but never really knew what I was doing. A year with Will has given me a far better understanding of music theory and how bass relates to other instruments in a band.  Thank you Will!
    • Hi How about finding a neighbour with a cat and arranging reciprical cat feeding?  I have always found that as long as they are fed once or twice a day  cats are fine on their own for 2 or 3 weeks.  Much better than they would be in a cattery.

    • A fair amount hangs on SCOTUS in the coming days. Will they prop up Trump's powers under Executive Orders or choose to support Congress? Some of the Judges are clearly corrupt but perhaps others, like Coney Barrett, will grow a conscience.
