Hello,

We are looking to rent out our lovely good size one bed flat in Nunhead while my husband and I go traveling for three months next March, April, May 2018. The flat comes furnished and includes all bills for a bargin ?1000 pcm.

The flat has a good sized double bedroom with built in storage, separate bathroom with bath and shower, large kitchen/diner and separate sunny living room which has a sofa bed.

The flat is situated close to Nunhead village with its shops, restaurants and bars and 10 minutes walk to trendy Peckham rye. It is easy walking distance to both queens road station (direct train to London bridge in 10 minutes and on the overground line) and Nunhead station (15 minutes to Victoria or the thames link to blackfriers, farringdon and Kings cross).

The flat is within 30 mins walking distance to Kings college hospital too for any hospital workers.

Please message or call me if you have any questions or would like to see the flat.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Lucy 07775 910762

    • and were people like you worried about "cutting hiring, prices going up and new business not starting" under the last govt or as a result of brexit I don't have labour blinkers - I didn't even vote labour at the election.  But do take a look at the data for that petition - and see how many actually come from UK
    • Take your labour blinkers off sir, Businesses are cutting hiring, prices will go up and new businesses won't start all as a result in the NI hike for employers  Talking down the country pre budget also knocked consumer confidence  Tomorrow labour are goung to announce getting young people into education or employment, yet with the above where will those jobs come from ?  The three people who sent the pertition to me are all small business owners who are taking the brunt of the changes introduced in the budget, one is even talking about closing as it impacts margins so heavily.  This is why people are unhappy. Labour hog tied themselves by promising no tax rises on working people and now the economy is suffering.  Take the red pill sir, not the blue one.
    • Highly recommend Brendan and Tony at No-Flies. They are professional, friendly and always keep you informed of what’s going on with the sale of your house.
    • Bunch of keys (with a Spurs badge fob) found near Fenwick rd end of Amott Rd. DM if they’re yours
