Holiday ideas please for Normandy/Brittany with 18 month old

Hi everyone,

Can you help us? We are looking around for a mid-range July holiday - the first with our toddler. Can anyone recommend a small / friendly resort / complex / hotel kind of place near to /on the beach, which also has a pool & is child friendly in Normandy or Brittany?

We do not fancy camping but need a little comfort and also some (on site) restaurants nearby. We are open to your suggestions and especially your recommendations - as we are struggling to find our first perfect holiday.

Pierre et Vacances have a site called Belle Dune - in Picardy - only about an hour from Calais/Eurotunnel - very near to a lovely sandy beach and also has a covered pool which is perfect for little ones.
