Hiya im Lorraine


I am a newly registered childminder and a member of the NCMA (national childminding Association), living in nunhead area - Kimberly Avenue.

I have attended the home base childcare course, level 3 and hold a First Aid certificate and Safeguarding. i regularly attend training days - which is organised by southwark.


I have 4 children of my own, 3 of which have grown up and left home. my son, 22years old and wrking full-time, is still at home. i also have guardianship of my niece since birth, who is now 11years old.


i currently look after two children aged 1 (lil girl), whom i look after tues-thurs and a 4yr old boy (mon & tues - pick up/drop off),so i do have available spaces of all ages.


I have a wide variety of toys & equipment to suit children of all ages. I have garden & outdoor play equipment. i regular go on trips out to parks, toddler groups, libraries, ball pool, farms and museums.

I provide a safe, stimulating & welcoming environment for children in my care.

    • I'd suggest using a Faraday pouch . Such as 2x Car Key Signal Blocker Faraday Pouch Police are too busy investigating "Non-crime hate speech" such as between kids in school.
    • Police won’t be interested as they are to busy investigating hurtful comments people have written on internet and demos which seem to be happening every weekend,well done for reporting tho and giving us the heads up to be careful 👍
    • I had my car ransacked on Wednesday night, I assumed I’d left it unlocked. It was unlocked again this morning though and I definitely locked it last night.   The car was outside my front door and the keys near the door inside so I assume this is a relay theft  issue with someone using a remote key reader. I would advise keeping keys away from the front door. I have reported to police. 
    • They plan to close the Mount Pleasant Office, absolute and utter madnesss
