A beautiful one bed bright and sunny split level flat 4 mins walk from

west Norwood train station, where trains go into both victoria and London Bridge. It also takes 15 mins to get to Brixton tube by bus. It is available from the beginning of Nov to kid Jan at ?1200pcm but I can be flexible with dates. Please contact me if you would like to see pics or need any more info.

  Just a note of caution for you Nigello - trees planted too close to houses can cause terrible problems with subsidence.
