People say about coaching with me:

?My coaching sessions with Nicky has been invaluable. She offers an open, supportive space and a very human approach. Her encouragement and lack of judgement have been integral in allowing me to explore and move forward with a number of professional and personal issues in my life. Her questions are insightful and challenging in all the right ways and I?ve been amazed at how quickly I?ve been able to resolve issues and break free of ways of thinking I had previously resigned myself to being stuck in. It?s been incredibly motivating to have Nicky on and by my side throughout our coaching sessions and I?d urge anyone thinking about trying coaching as a positive intervention in their life not to hesitate in giving her a call!?

"I received coaching from Nicky during my transition from being CEO of a charity to starting my own business. Nicky's support and perceptive questioning really helped me to gain the clarity I needed, and business has already started booming!"

?Nicky has made me think deeply about the values I hold and how these things affect my goals and the things I want to pursue.

    • Place your on-screen cursor over the name of the sender, the sender's actual email address should appear, often with scammers it comes up with  a very unbusinesslike address. Failing that, you should be able to speak to Virgin and ask if legit, Microsoft on the other hand I wouldn't bother trying to contact...
    • Bit hard to do that in the middle of the night without causing even more disturbance to other neighbours than the original barking! Are you sure you need to provide an address? There must be loads of instances where it's very hard to trace the source of a noise, and I certainly wouldn't want to be roaming around by myself in the middle of the night trying to track it down! It does need to be triple glazing, not double. I was told that it's what they use for office windows at Heathrow, but I've no idea if that's true. It doesn't make the room completely soundproof, but it does make a huge difference. There must be no gaps anywhere, even very thin ones, where noise could get through.
