Underhill Rd parcel - misplaced Hermes delivery last night

Did anyone at the Horniman end of Underhill Rd kindly accept a parcel (box) for 8A at about 6pm yesterday (Wednesday) evening?

I did not get a card from Hermes, but when I checked online it was recorded as delivered to a safe place, namely 'reception' - no address or other indication of location. I checked with Bradbury Oak House this morning being the only local neighbour with a reception, but they do not have it. Have contacted Hermes, but not hopeful that they'll be that helpful...

This sort of thing seems to be happening a lot recently with several courier services.

It would be best to contact the people you bought the item from as I think they are responsible for getting it to you safely. Good luck.

Thanks Jennys. Yes, that was one of the first things I did. Hermes have been useless and am hoping the seller has more luck with them!
