If you are struggling with thoughts about returning to work or wanting to do something different after family or simply wanting to find a better balance with family life I can support you through this process over a series of sessions working towards goals that you set, in a way that won't feel so overwhelming. Taking small steps each time we meet.

I have a particular focus on getting women back to work, typically after maternity leave. For some women maternity leave can grow into 5+ years which when they find themselves looking to return to the workplace it can be a daunting prospect. I can offer support identifying the ideal role and steps on how to get there. Building confidence is a large part of the process which is broken down into simple steps to get the client in a position to begin to move forward.

Sessions can happen at my home or I can visit you around baby sleeps if necessary!

Annabel is fantastic. She's been an invaluable support to me in helping me in the never ending dilemma of balancing a demanding career with family life. She absolutely understands the competing demands on working parents and by listening, encorouging and advising where needed she somehow enabled me to find solutions I wouldn't have considered without her professional guidance. Would highly recommend.

    • Ash tree branch. Before speculating as to cause and whether it was deliberate or not, it’s worth remembering that there is ash dieback around. Also tree branches fall off without warning, especially if there’s internal rot or disease which is not outwardly apparent. And yes, there are regular checks done on the health of the trees in the Wood.
    • Dulwich folk well particularly ED folk have more money than certainly me - £4.00 for bread and butter? That is outrageous and I certainly would not pay £30 for an organic chicken - weird one is pate and runner beans combo. Don’t think butcher on Lordship Lane charges that but each to their own - live in Devon now and no way is an organic chicken that price!!
    • I was sitting on the park bench yesterday opposite north Dulwich station and found an Apple Watch hanging off the corner. I have brought it home and charged it hoping that someone might use ‘find my’ to locate it. Equally happy to be contacted this way to return it to the rightful lender / they just need to say what colour/kind of strap it has. If you can think of a better way to return it / find its owner then please advise. And/or feel free to share on other local fora.
