hi

just to say thank you so much to everyone who helped today looking for my little boy.

the police, neighbours, friends, shop keepers, strangers where brilliant!

even in my distaught 45 mins of not knowing where lucas was i was really touched by how many people dropped what they were doing to help us search.

2 girls found him crying and unfortunatly instead of calling police took him to my elderly neighbour (about 8 minutes walk from where we were original looking)

my elderly neighbour wasnt too sure what was going on and didnt have my number to call me so just held on to him. my other neighbour was stood outside my house just in case and my elderly neighbour spotted her and told her she had lucas! which is when the police called me and i got the best news that he had been found!

once again thank you all so much for your help

lucas is now chained to my side!

    • Sadly I am not in the market for buying a new car, electric or otherwise, or else I would happily join the Tesla boycott, which seems to be having the desired effect (sales have fallen significantly, and Trump is calling the boycotters Radical Left Lunatics 🤣) I googled to try to find out if I was likely to buy anything American, in order to replace it with something not American, and the only thing I can find so far is Fairy Liquid (of which I already have a lifetime's supply, as I have a dishwasher,  so I rarely actually use the FL). I really don't feel I can google absolutely everything I buy,  but does anyone know of a website which has a comprehensive list of American imports to the UK, including but not solely food and household stuff? Also,  Amazon and eBay are both American, which is annoying as I buy quite a lot from both as it's convenient, so I will have to rethink that, I suppose.
    • Bumping this up as I’m wondering if the owner(s) of these dogs has now got another one being walked off lead and unmuzzled in the same area as reported on here.
    • Really grateful if anyone had any spare moving boxes. Can collect whenever convenient. Thanks
    • Our cat Booboo has been missing since early Sunday morning (09 March).   He's a three-year-old male cat with black fur (short).    He's recognisable from having very big feet - I think about two extra toes on each paw.   He's very nervous of strangers and doesn't go out the front of our house - he mainly hangs out in the back gardens on our block (Goodrich/Barry/Friern Road).   If you spot him please let us know (07771915355).
