I checked it out last few days on the internet and..it seems good to me! But than if it was that good how comes agencies not shutting down?

I m looking for feedback, experiences, feelings, point of views or anything really..

If You have had experience with them pls share it with me/us.

I am a landlord so I d rather feedback from people in same position but also very interested in feedback from tenants or anyone.

Thanx

I've not used them, but looking at the site, it seems like a useful idea with some decent prices that looks like it fills a niche in the market. But, it is geared to enable landlords to manage their own properties. So, a bit of a different service to what agents offer.

..Surely Loz,

but still it should save ?1500. Even the most comprehensive service they offer costs "only" ?50..an agent normally charges me ?1500/700 ONLy to find me a tenant and still i need to manage the propriety..

..Of course I ll need to do the viewings myself but that s also a positive for me. A part from the time and energy of course i d rather to know personally my tenants...

..perhaps they, OpenRent, will push rent price little down in compare to an agent but than often agents are bit easy with numbers at beginning ..

I ll be curious to have also some feedback from one of their customers

Also i ll be curious to know how it works at check out and deposit..

I have used them in the past and had no problem at all from a tenat's view.

No different from renting privately.

Provided you have an inventory at the start which is signed and agreed by both parties - no problem.

With regard to the deposit, you need to put it into a separate account and confirm to the tenant that this has been done - there is information about this on the website and both parties are protected.

You could also place an ad in the newsagent in Dulwich Village.

Hope this helps

As mentioned on forum website, by law it is Landlord's responsibility to have proof of residency etc for Uk.

My last experience was rent a play-field in Auckland for my fellow workers. We plan team building about one year and totally did it. We chose guys from https://www.alexandrapark.co.nz/venue-hire/ and everything was amazing, just good feedback and everything else, including price, rent time and conditions.

    • I would recommend John Lewis and would stress that to avoid sagging, it is essential to flip your mattress one a month - in both directions ie flip end to end and side to side.
    • The manager replied and said the hand cycle will be replaced shortly, so that’s good news and well received.
    • Aaron was very generous with his time and advice when I called him on a Saturday. He then re-plastered the boxing around the flue and fitted a new panel of wood above boiler cupboard. He did the plastering and some carpentry, as needed, at a very fair price. He fitted the work in at short notice, turned up when arranged, and completed the repairs thoroughly to a high standard. Very pleased with the result. Aaron Manser:  07773 410661

From what I’ve read,   I believe a lot of their recent problems stem from her headship.
