Hi everyone

Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem as we do: our Bugaboo Bee's (bought a year ago, so is the new version, Plus) front wheels shake a lot when we are pushing it. The wheels are not in a fixed position and I know they are supposed to jiggle a bit on undulating surfaces but it is doing it pretty much all the time, unless I am pushing it along a very smooth and level pavement. We've tried tightening the screws. Just wondered if we got a dud or whether anyone else has experienced the same problem?

Thanks!

Hi

The bugaboo bee plus's do have this fault. My bugaboo did this and I took it back to john Lewis who got the wheels replaced they actually put on the older model wheels and now buggy doesn't jiggle at all. It seems to be a common problem I remember as think there is a bugaboo facebook page that has a lot of complaints about this.

If anyone is still having problems with their bee wheels jiggling then this might be of help.

I contacted bugaboo customer service and was told that they have a 'washer service set' to correct this (they call it the 'shimmying' problem). It took a few weeks to arrive (and I was surprised at how simple the washers are too) but it has worked a treat!

To get the washer set I had to email the following information to [email protected] :

- Name:

- Address:

- Phone Number :

- Type of Stroller:

- Serial Number (located on the middle bar of chassis):

- Date of Purchase (month/year):

- Place of Purchase:

- Replacement Item Needed (color needed, if applicable)

- Explanation of Problem:

- Photo(s) of Damage:

- Valid Proof of Purchase (receipt) or credit card statement showing purchase - we MUST have this or we will NOT be able to process a warranty claim.

- Photo of Serial Number and Production Date:

**The serial number and production date for the Frog and Cameleon can be found on a sticker on the center metal bar of the chassis. It is the bar where the under seat bag attaches. For the Bee, it is on a black and silver sticker on the black plastic part of the chassis, directly under the seat, above the U-shaped piece that surrounds the brake pedal.

    • I just want to add another recommendation for Jan and Silver Fern Landscapes.  He and his team recently replaced one of our fences that was falling apart and did a great job.  Communication was really good and Jan was really helpful with advice on options - he was also really accommodating as I wanted to paint the fence panels before they were installed so he arranged delivery early so I had time to do that.  The work was completed quickly and the new fence looks fantastic. https://www.silverfernlondon.co.uk/silver_fern_landscapes.html
