Good morning from Gaia Studio. We are a Yoga and Pilates studio just off Bellenden Road in Peckham Rye.

Introducing our new Floor Barre class every Sunday 11:30am. Perfect for that pre-Sunday lunch work-out!

Barre is an intense full body workout with influences taken from dance and Pilates. The focus is on small, isolated movements designed to sculpt, lengthen, strengthen and tone. This is a mixed levels class, great for those starting Barre for the first time with an emphasis on finding good form, control and connecting mind to body.
