We are a professional married couple in our late 20s and have rented in the East Dulwich area for years. We are downsizing to save to buy our first house together and are looking to rent a room locally in a home (Peckham / Dulwich / Camberwell / Herne Hill / Forest Hill).

We are looking for a household with spare room who are looking for a lodger / to gain some rental income. We are both working professions so ideally we would need access to kitchen and some living space. We are quiet, clean and well house trained.
