If you want to get back into jogging and ultimately join an amazingly supportive running club then you could try the Dulwich Park Runners Beginner's Course. It starts on Saturday and it is a fab way to get back into running with others doing the same.

We have a Strong Mum Class on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am.


Mums attended with or without their little ones, children of all ages are welcome. We have 2 trainer, 1 for the mums and 1 engaging the children.
