"...Patrice's classes focus on dealing with urban violence (e.g. being grabbed from behind, held down on the street, being punched etc) and are great fun and serious at the same time. They're a combination of a pragmatic workout to provide realistic exhaustion and focus on technique..." Suzanne (read full review)

"...I highly recommend Patrice of Urban Fit and Fearless. I have completed various forms of Martial arts for over 5 years now and Patrice is without question the most organised and professional person I have ever trained with..." Paul (read full review)

    • True, there was an awful lot of rain but the flooding seems worse than before all the work started!
    • It wasn't one of the murals connected with the project reinterpreting  paintings from Dulwich Picture Gallery, so far as I know,  so I guess nobody was protecting it or bothered about it, sadly.
    • Have you seen the new guide? It doesn't say  anything at all about food waste compostable bags. It says to put food waste directly as it is from the kitchen caddy to the larger outside caddy. What do you mean by "small leftover waste"?  Recycling waste always goes in the blue bin? Surely we aren't meant to be wasting black plastic bags every week by always putting non recyclable items into a black bag before putting them into the green bin? Surely the whole point of the green bin is to avoid using one-use-only plastic bags? I'm even more confused now 🤣
    • I want to endorse these reviews of Niko.  I had a problem with my toilet flush and he was able to resolve it. He is reliable, efficient and has a friendly and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely turn to him again with any future plumbing needs.
