A few jobs - skirting board, tiling, shelving

Looking for a recommendation for a handy man who can do a few jobs around my flat:

1) fitting new skirting board throughout

2) re-tiling part of the kitchen

3) a few other little bits

Typical stuff that's taken me forever to get around to looking at, and unlikely to make the time soon :)
