Any suggestions for a family Sunday lunch which will also be a big birthday for my mum? she's quite conservative with food, so a good Sunday roast would be good with maybe some other choices for the rest of us!

Chancery is nice. Have nice big tables as well.

ETA: Jolly Woodman beside it is a great pub for a pre/post drink. A step back in time. Same family own it as The Chancery.

Was going to recommend Chom Chom's in Beckenham as was there for a family member's 60th in February but sadly it looks like they have closed.

The Toby Carvery off Eden Park Avenue used to have different food selections.

Not sure if they do a Sunday roast but Deli Nene is nice and has a few classics on their menu http://www.delinene.com

Can recommend Lugana in Eden Park Avenue. They do Sunday roasts as well as offering an extensive menu of European and Italian dishes.
