Highly recommend Steve at Spin Doctor. Twice he's come out to repair my washing machine (2 different machines!) and been very straight up about the problem. He also talked me through a simple check on the phone to ensure it wasn't a wasted call out for a minor issue. And he was super prompt and fitted me in between jobs. Highly recommend.
