shazza76
I recently donated packets of nappies to Southwark Day Centre. I'm sure they'd be happy to receive your donation of toys. Address: Southwark Day Centre for Asylum Seekers, Copleston Centre, Copleston Road, London SE15 4AN Tel: 020 7732 0505 Email: [email protected] Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/164738-what-to-do-with-used-soft-toys/#findComment-1169303 Share on other sites

Pugwash
Charity shops are inundated with soft toys.Hospitals will only take those which can be washed in machine due to infection control.A refugee or asylum centre would be best. Vik
Hospitals won't take soft toys, only toys which can be wiped clean. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/164738-what-to-do-with-used-soft-toys/#findComment-1170087 Share on other sites
Rosetta
Animal rescue places might take them. Celia Hammond, Battersea etc. Some animals can play nicely with stuffed animals and not rip them to shreds. Al-candraw
Have you thought about the women's shelters, often when women and children are re located they have very little with them. babybat
Maybe try The Small Project: http://www.thesmallproject.org.uk or Little Village: https://littlevillagehq.org - if you can machine-wash them first that would probably be helpful.
