Hi - we are having a clearout of baby / toddler items. Please collect from East Dulwich. All items from a pet free and smoke free home. Due to amount of items, I'm unable to post photos so please get in contact if you are interested for photos and I can whatsapp or email them to you.


1. Cream baby weavers changing table. Has got a padded built in top with coloured birds design. Has 4 separate compartments to and two wide tray compartments, with a shelf on bottom. Good condition. Comes with original box. Now reduced to ?5 for quick sale.


2. Baby Dan wooden Stairgate. New and Unopened and still in original box. Reduced from ?10 to ?7.


3. 1 x White Ikea highchair. Well used but a lot of life left. Tray on chair is teeny bit loose but only comes off when you press it hard to wipe- is still very sturdy at feeding time with plate of food, and cup of juice etc. Now ?2!


4. Blue music / lights activity table. Great to help baby who is learning to stand and toddler round. All lights and music intact. Reduced to ?5!


5.wooden spiral toy, with large chunky coloured blocks, perfect for little hands. Reduced to ?3!


6. Tidy Tot all in one bib and tray. Excellent for weaning and helps to save on mess reaching the floor. Now ?4.


7. 2 x pink Ralph Lauren all in one fro suits. Brand new and still in tags. Has RL bunny motif on side and piping. Now ?4 each.


9. Baby gap, brand new with tags, girls pyjama set. long sleeve, navy blue with coloured balls design, 12-18 months , brand new with tags. Now ?4.


10. Ted Baker, 3-6 month pink romper trousers. Brand new with tags. Now ?3


11. I have brand new, still in its packet "Disney" Minnie Mouse dresses , with matching pants and headband. 2 x 3-6months, sell ?3 each. One for 9-12 months, now ?2 each.


12. John Lewis 4 ft floor lamp - hardly used, excellent condition. Silver base with black pleated shade. I spent quite a bit on this lamp and didn't use it (crazy!) and now just looking to get the space back and get something for it. ?20.

      My experience is that my local letter box does have week-day-ly collections - but I think very early in the morning, not at the old 'around 5.00pm' times. There are several daily collections from the box outside the Forest Hill Road sub-post office. I don't think the 'Monday' tab is now ever changed. Mail collections from boxes have got nothing to do with the service we (don't) get from the Peckham Delivery Office. Your Wednesday 12th posting would probably only have been collected on Thursday 13th, if it was posted after 9.00am. If it was being delivered in East Dulwich (where the Peckham DO does come into play) then getting it by the following Tuesday is probably par for the course.

      Are there no daily collections from post boxes any more? On Wednesday Feb 12 I posted a Valentine's Card in the postbox which is about 20 metres from our house to make sure it arrived by Feb 14 (yes I know I could've put it thru letterbox but that's not as romantic is it). After I posted it I noticed the little metal thingy said "Monday" but I thought this must be a mistake and had not been changed. However, Valentine's Day came and went and no card arrived. In fact it arrived on the following Tuesday, Feb 18 so I'm guessing the Monday collection metal thingy was correct. Has it ever been announced officially that there are no longer daily collections from letterboxes? I remember a time, not even that long ago, when the red postman pat van would pull up at least twice a day, every weekday.

      My lovely tuxedo cat, Rexy, has been missing since Wednesday which is very out of character. Rodwell Road area, SE22. He is a rescue cat so really quite timid with people he doesn’t know. If you spot him, could you please contact me? Many thanks. He is chipped and neutered.  Photos attached.

      I just wanted to add to this stream. We employed Paul Edgeley  to fix our lights upstairs. They had suddenly all gone out and we could not isolate the issue. He came round the next day and fixed the issue - a problem with the old wiring in the attic - he put in new wiring for us. We were so happy with the job  that we asked him to do some other work in the house. I'm happy to recommend Paul.   His number: 07802627967
