A dissertation service is for students who cannot be bothered to research and write their own essays for uni. They will pay someone else to do it for them....this means that they do NOT get the knowledge of that topic from researching it. I know someone who did one for a medical student which meant the medical student had not researched or written the essay on that particular topic.
