mortgage on champion hill estate?

Does anyone know of a buy to let lender that would be prepared to lend on a flat on the champion hill estate just up from sainsburies. Balcony access and only 25% owner occupied. But well maintained, great size and position and I really think a good buy. But mortgage companies don't agree!
