Thought this might be of interest to some. There is a Fun Day this Saturday 12-5pm at The Capitol in Forest Hill. Face painting, kids tattoos, kids movies, games, tombola, cake sale, craft table. All money raised will be going straight to Clic Sargent who help young people with cancer.

So if your free and want to entertain

the kids whilst helping such a fantastic cause, it sounds like a lot of fun!

  What's the best gym for women over 50 in ED? I really don't like the new leisure centre, there are almost no small weights, it's dark and unwelcoming. They have said they're increasing rates by 38%, too, though that remains lower than some. What are people's views and recommendations?
