Skirting and coving needs fitting

Looking for a decent carpenter to install skirting in a large bedroom and poly coving to the same room. Proper accurate mitre cuts and no bodging required. Sorry to be so specific but had bad experiences in the past. Many thanks. Nick.

I don't know about his carpentry skills, because his craft is in plaster mouldings, covings, ceiling roses and the like. However, I have just used someone called Andrew for my kitchen coving.
