URGENTLY NEEDED - Piano removal

Hi, we have just relocated back to London and our shipment arrives this Friday (11 Aug)and is urgently looking for piano removal handy man. We have a piano (Yamaha U1) which needs to be moved to 2nd floor. Does anyone have any recommendation??

Harder still, we are not sure if our staircase can actually fit a Yamaha U1! Does anyone living in the second floor of a Victorian house on Red Post Hill have an upright piano? Moving company asked for site survey but the survey job alone costs 150 pounds if the stairs cannot fit! Can anyone help please?
