Facial/pampering for overtired mum

I looked at myself in the mirror today and literally did not recognise what I have become. Work + taking care of baby + sleepless nights= zombie mum. My skin is in a state, hair a mess etc (lets not even go into the flabby body - one step at a time).

Anywhere local I can go for a GOOD facial (for tired/dull/spotty skin)?

I will treat myself to Willis B for a haircut (first in 5 months) and colour - has anyone tried their beauty treatments?

Yes, I've been to the therapist in Willis B and would definitely recommend. (Her name's Nicola) I don't usually like the whole facial/massage thing, but having been to her a few times for waxing etc I decided to give it a go and really enjoyed the whole experience. She wasn't too chatty but very relaxed and is also tired mum so made the whole experience easier being treated by someone who is on your wave length. Results of the facial were good too, my skin hasn't felt that good since I can remember. Definitely a convert. She also uses those Organic Pharmacy products which I'd heard of but never tried; smelt gorgeous and not too expensive either. Taking my daughter there for a teen facial next week.

And get your feet done at Glamorous Nails on ED Grove. Even though I have wellies on today, I know there are pretty toes underneath, most cheering after months of sub-standard winter feet.

Still haven't had time to have this facial! Having the busiest work week of my life and hating every minute of it.

But once things quiet down I am off to Willis B, glamorous nails and Dr Boo I think!

Have you tried Mothers Inc? They have facials, massages with childcare and food included! They are based in East Dulwich and on specific dates. I was treated on mothers day and it was fantastic! mothers_inc@hotmail.com x

I keep seeing a car for Urban Retreat at Home around the area. Does anyone know anything about it? I did a search on google and could find nothing apart from details of franchises, and info on the salons at Harrods etc...
