Hello! I have just seen your offer for your room.

I am currently living in East Dulwich and I am looking for a room from the end of August/beginning of September.

Would it be possible, that you explain a little bit more about the room / the flat / housemates?

Some information about myself:

I am Daniel 29 years, from Germany and I have been living in London for 3.5 years now.

I work for a small film production located in Southwark as Head of Post Production.

As you might guess from my profession I am in love with films but I also to do a lot of sports in my free time, as well as photography playing the guitar and if I can find the time to cook then I am the happiest human on earth. If I am not doing any of these hobbies then I might be in a Pub, Cinema, Theatre, Market with my friends or flatmates.

One of the most important things about sharing a flat in my opinion is, that everyone is getting along very well aaaaaand that it is clean. Therefore I am a very clean person and try to tidy up my stuff as much as possible.

Due to my job, I am most of the time at home in the evenings. Also, I have very unusual working hours from time to time, so it might occur that I will just arrive for a 5-hour nap at home and then go straight back to work.

I would love to tell you more about myself and to get to know you and the flat mates at a cup of tea or coffee (or a pint of beer ;) )

My potential move in date would be the end of August/the beginning of September.

I am looking forward hearing from you!

Thanks!

All the Best,

Daniel
