WANTED - home office (room in empty home, which I can rent and write in)

Hi.

I'm a writer newly based in East Dulwich/Peckham Rye. I work from home but am exploring alternatives (first baby due in September...)

So many of us have empty homes during the day. I'm looking for a room in such a home.

I get:

- A room with wifi and a proper desk and office chair (or space for me to bring my own, together with my desktop Mac).

You get:

- A monthly fee, tbc, that would give you a small profit for empty space, more than covering the cost of your entire Internet bill and any additional heating expenses.

- I can also water plants, or even walk a well-behaved dog.
