Our two bedroom (plus guest room / study) first floor flat is available for one month partly furnished from end November/beginning of December 2017 and would ideally suit a young family or professional couple. The rent is ?1,600 per month.

With its own entrance, the flat comprises a large living room (3.8m x 3.65m), master bedroom (3.6m x 3.6m), second bedroom (2.2m x 1.9m), small third bedroom / study (2.2m x 1.75m), kitchen (3.8m x 4.7m) and exclusive use of the decked garden.

The flat is situated on a quiet and tree lined street within 5 minutes? walk of Peckham Rye and within walking distance of Rye Lane, Lordship Lane and Nunhead High Street. Regular bus services to Peckham Rye station are available from the end of the street, making commuting to the city fast and straightforward.

We loved living in the flat and the surrounding area was perfect for us as a family ? we were very sad to leave! The flat is really comfortable, looks great, is ideally situated to take advantage of what East Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Nunhead have to offer and will make a great rental property for the right people.

    • For anyone needing an electrician, we can 100% recommend Jasper Cardwell. He has undertaken several projects in our house, including resolving the issue of our lights continually fusing (no-one else could get to the bottom of it), fitting a new cooker wire via a seemingly impossible route from the fuse box, and carrying out a full service of the complete wiring system with recommendations on how to upgrade it to be fully compliant with ever-changing regulations. He’s highly knowledgeable, always reliable, very friendly - and super clean and tidy! Jasper Cardwell - 07500 006604 https://www.cardwellelectricallondon.com/
    • Avoid council leasehold properties - especially if it is in a block. If council decide to do maintenance/refurbishments of the block you will be charged for the work whilst tenants will be free. Could end up owing thousands of pounds, Equally if a shared house. Our old neighbour purchased his top floor flat from council, Spend thousands on it rectifying years of neglect by LBS. A couple of years later, LBS decided to paint exterior and charged him £5000  whilst the ground floor tenant did not have  to contribute. Within 6 months the paint flaked. He tried unsuccessfully to get some money back. In the end he sold up, and gained a small profit for the internal refurbishment and the addition of an exterior staircase into the shared garden.
    • please pm if you have one for sale?
