Hello,

My name is Clare and I am a local hypnobirthing mum and founder of The Hypnobirthing Home. I am also the hypnobirthing teacher at West Norwood Therapies. Since hypnobirthing really helped me have a calm and happy birthing experience with each of my two girls, my aim now is to help others also have a positive experience either in hospital or home.

I have places left on my August course and am offering a taster on Tuesday evening 1st August ?70 or Thursday afternoon 3rd afternoon. Please get in touch if you would like to book a space on one of these, register interest for future dates or find out more.

  TBH £2.6k pa is not really that high for service charges these day. You'll pay that or more in private purpose built blocks (and not just the fancy ones with concierges and swimming pools).

  Have you looked at Dawson's Heights? Service charges were very fair last time I looked (two years ago admittedly), and they're well maintained with the best views in London : )

  Morning, During our weekend viewings - a consultant of ours stumbled across a damaged Smartphone lying in a road close to Goose Green roundabout. It is badly damaged with cracked screen and is not responding despite our best efforts to re-charge (we've given it a cuddle, nestled it next to a warm fire and tried to give it cocoa and some soup... but to no avail.) We are keen to return it to its rightful owner to see if they can retrieve any data or contact details.
