Hello,

I dont normally do this sort of thing but i wanted to know if anyone whould know whom the gentleman was that stopped and helped me last Thursday 03 / 03

I was being followed by 2 men whom tried to steal my money, thankfully this man was there too help, with his help i was able to fend off the attackers, he stayed with me till the police arrived, once they arrived he said that he was running late and had to head to the airport, i asked for his name and i think he said it was "Justin or Jason" and said he lived above the Forest Hill Tavern, i have tried to call the number listed but there is no reply

But to whomever you are I thankyou from the bottom of my heart for helping me and staying with me, the police were unable to find the 2 men, and as I was only in the area to visit the cemetary, and as i live in Nottingham I doubt very much that i will be down there anytime soon, so please i ask East Dulwich that if you know of this gentleman please tell him that i have made this note and i would like to say thankyou

Mary Lou

Sounds a gent. I think the new chef at the forest hill tavern is called Jason. There is a thread in this section about the new management of the FHT by the manager pete Wilson. Seems a big coincidence that a chap called Jason lives above the FHT.

Pity your visit was spoiled by the incident.
