Roof Gully/ Valley

I have a gully where the roof meets the upright brick wall. Maybe lead or zinc. I have been fixing the cracks with europol for several years and feel it's now time for a proper fix.(It's now leaking again)

Does anyone know a reasonably priced roofer that could do the job?
