Just when I thought I had plumbed the depths of the estate agents bin in Peckham and East Dulwich with Gareth James, I discover Winkworths! They even charge for doing tenancy agreements! Can it get worse? Probably though it seems amazing that professional and ethical standards can get so low......

Most Estate agents charge for tenancy agreements, you can do it yourself. I always find my own tenants and do all the paperwork myself, including checking the references.

A friend just had to pay ?1300 to Ludlow Thompson to renew a tenancy agreement with her tenants who were staying on.
