I'm looking for a tenant for my two bed two bathroom flat on Taymount Rise in Forest Hill. The flat is bright and airy and newly renovated. It's on the top floor of a 1930's building and so has some nice views to the south. It's just under a 10 minute walk to Forest Hill station, 15 minutes to Dulwich Park, and the facilities of East Dulwich are 10 minutes away by bus.

Ideal for a couple or small family, or 2 sharers. ?1,500 per month exclusive of bills.

  Kakkapoo have just opened on Bellenden Road. The avocado and pistachios are nice. And the asparagus. You'll have to pay a little extra for diesel as it all comes from Peru. They accept cats and have promised to fold and close by next Monday.
