Walking / Hiking gear for Oxfam Trailwalk 100km

Hi

In a last minute acceptance I have agreed to join a team to take part in the Oxfam trailwalker 100km 28th-30th July and looking to see if anyone has the following items to give away or borrow for the weekend. I live in East Dulwich but from the sw so don't have much stuff with me.

Sleeping bag

1 / 2 man tent

walking poles 2 or 1.

metal water bottle

OS landranger maps 197 / 198

Waterproof trousers

Any foot strapping tape etc for blisters

Any other items you think would be beneficial are welcome.
