Hi there -

We are selling 2x IKEA PO?NG arm chairs. Both good condition and have spent their lives on felt pads under each runner. That said, the covers could do with a wash. Slight red marks to head section of one chair but those shld wash out. Great little chairs. Would like ?10 each or ?15 for the pair ONO.

  Why did you not like it? the front bar kept some charm. And the back was the first gastro pub in SE23 at a time well before any sort of gentrification. As now witnessed by bistros, beer shops and coffee shops. Albeit always lagging behind LL

  To defend the new incarnation of the Dartmouth Arms for a moment - it's not really a pub any more, it's a burger restaurant and is pretty decent at that. It was pretty crap when it was a pub.

  There are some bins in the park specifically for dog poo with lids you have to lift. I never use them because the idea of touching the lids makes me want to hurl.

  There surely must be a way to make the bins foxproof whilst still allowing for bags to be put into them. Some kind of latch which couldn't be opened by fox paws? I suppose they would just get vandalised 🙄
