Our 3 children have developed a red rash over their bodies. It's quite itchy but they've been otherwise ok.no other ailments (no fever) when the eldest 1st got it we took her to see our GP and were told it was probably extreme prickly heat. It happened for her around those 2 really hot days so it seemed logical but the other 2 developed them afterwards when the weather had cooled down quite a bit.

To cut the jackanory we just wondered if any other parents had children developing an unexplained rash that flares up mainly on face and torso?

Has it flared more than once on any of your kids? If just one flare-up, it sounds viral. Some children are predisposed to developing viral rashes. Sometimes there aren't many/ any other symptoms. But obvs seek medical advice if any serious symptoms. Hope they're all better soon. xx
One of my children had a rash all over their body a couple of weeks ago and was sent home. I took them to the docs who said they had a few cases from the same school first suspected as heat rash. The doctor thought it was an unnamed viral infection. It passed after a few days with no other symptoms. Oddly my other children didn't get it.

    • I mean good luck to you, but with 4 staff you have still failed to submit your statutory accounts for your two eligible years of operation and are overdue with them this year too. Companies House have taken steps to close you twice. Your annual loss in trading is increasing each year.  You have had two directors resign in 2022 leaving only 1 in place which isn't the best if you want good governance- but that also stops you from being able to raise funds from trusts and foundations.
    • There's still a massive shortage of student housing in London regardless of short term fluctuations - just look at how expensive it is now and what a barrier it is to mobility! What are people worried about anyway? That there will be so few students in London that a private landlord has to cut rents and makes lower profits? Oh no! 😂
    • This is probably a stupid question, sorry. Could you contact all the surgeries whose catchment area you are in (and haven't already found wanting) and ask them directly if they have GPs with the knowledge and experience you need? Because I imagine there are not many people using this forum who can help, though I may be wrong.
    • I don't understand this, probably my fault. I thought the Crown offices were going to close completely and the  services they provided were going to be moved to local shops with space for a sub post office. But if the Post Office is  seeking franchisees for the Crown offices, that implies that the offices themselves would stay. But if they are not profitable for the Post Office, how could they become profitable for a franchisee?
