we are looking for tenants for our first floor 2 bedroom flat. Ideally you will be a couple or two sharers who would like to move in early September, for at least a year.

The purpose built flat is fairly spacious, with one double and one single bedroom. The flat is situated seconds away from the Peckham triangle (Pedler, Rosie's, Mr Baos), is a 5 minute walk to Bellenden Road, 10 minutes to Lordship Lane and an 8 minute walk to Peckham Rye station.

Flat is part furnished.

Rental price is 1,250 pcm.
