Sadly I think, apart from more dog poo bins, the only things that would deter these selfish people from not cleaning up after their dogs is more CCTV and very large fines. But that is not going to happen, is it? Too expensive to run, and problems with identifying the owners/dog walkers concerned. Didn't there used to be (grammar) dog licenses? Why were they stopped? Maybe people should have to pass a dog owning test, a bit like taking a driving test. -

The BBFC age classification is slightly different for cinemas. You get parental discretion when buying something in a shop like a Blu-ray or video game, but cinemas cannot admit under 15s for 15 films, and 18s for 18 films. https://www.bbfc.co.uk/rating/15
