We are looking to rent out our lovely first floor, two double bedroom flat. It's situated in a quiet, well maintained block of flats on Overhill road. We have a large communal garden, fully fitted kitchen, balcony and parking. It's five minutes walk to Dulwich park and 10 mins to Peckham Rye. We would prefer to rent it to a professional couple or young family. It's available in September.
