Recommended Posts

Dear Families,

I am Zara, a level 3 qualified nursery Officer working fulltime in a primary school. I have over 5 years of childcare experience including part time nannying and after school care.

I am a hard worker, funny and caring and I have excellent references from previous families whom I've worked with. I have following certificates in Safeguarding level 1 and 2, paediactric firstaid, up to date DBS, childcare qualifications and other relevant trainings.

I am looking foward to meet a lovely family who is looking for a great nanny to look after and play with young children and help them build on their learning. I can look after children between the ages of 1 to 13 years old.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for a further chat or any quries you may have.

Thank you

Zara

I am a local mum helping to launch the bubble babysitting app in SE London. It has already successful launched in N and SW London with some great press coverage (see links below).

You create yourself a profile and can mark yourself available for both daytime and evening sits whenever you are free.

The app works by using the parents networks - FB and phone contacts and schools and nurseries they connect with - to show if anyone they know has booked a babysitter before. The more sits you do with different families the more connections you will make with parents wanting to book you.

You can share the following sign up offer to parents that want to book you that will give them ?20 off their first sit paid for by bubble. Parents get ?20 off and you will get a rating on the app to encourage more parents to book you. Feel free to share this with existing families you work with as they can also receive the discount if they book though the app.

Sign Up code is CBVPH for ?20 off first sit

    • Sue, Southbank in London  - you must know this and I don’t need to spell it out to you - must be having brain fog…. Libra I believe piggy backs off Three. if you go on ID website, you can see numerous people complaint about service anyway it is a dead subject now as I am leaving them having been with them for over 7 years
    • You said cycling was lovely because private schools are off. They’re not. You’re wrong. You are clearly trying to lean in to that ludicrous claim that private schools are the sole reason for traffic issues in the area.  Do some fact checking…..
    • I don't understand why you need to challenge what I am reporting, what I have witnessed with my own eyes, not what I have seen on line, or what I perceive to support your entrenched views.  I have cycled most days of this week.  The roads are quieter.  I expect that Dulwich College, Dulwich Prep, and Rosemead are off.  Have a cycle in the area tomorrow during school drop off times and then give me your views.  I've not cycled on Townley so can't can't comment on  JAGS and Alleyn's.  The Village was quiet too. Let's face it you have nothing substantial to say.  From my perspective you resort to snide comments.
    • Actually that's interesting. I have had the occasional call cut off, but I thought I must be leaning on something on my phone by mistake. It never occurred to me it was anything to do with iD! But I've never had problems connecting in the first place, anywhere in London (or anywhere else). Maybe I've just been lucky. The only problem I've ever had with iD/3 was quite a long time ago when the whole of the network suddenly went down for a while. I can't remember how long for. Where is Southbank way? Is that where you live, or do you mean you were writing that post while near the Southbank? What network do Libra piggyback on?
